REFUND POLICY

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re more than happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Please ensure to include/confirm:

• Order number
• Product
• Quantity to return
• Return reason
• Refund or credit note
• Unworn and in original packaging 

 

Please note that items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact). They must also be received within 30 days from the date of receipt. 
The cost of the shipping of the item(s) returned will be your responsibility. We suggest adding a tracking number just in case. 

Once the package has reached Drag Syndicate we will either gladly refund the amount, or issue a credit note for you to purchase something new.

CREDIT NOTES

Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges at this time, however we can issue you with a credit note available to use on something else. To obtain a credit note you must meet these conditions:

• Goods must be returned within 30 days of the order receipt 
• Goods are in new condition
• Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
• Goods must retain all original labels and packaging

 Please note: We do not credit original shipping and handling costs
